OUR ROLE

We are in search of an inspirational, dynamic Lead Breakfast Server who will demonstrate and ensure the highest level of courteous and efficient service to ensure guests feel welcome and that their needs are attended to. This position will consistently lead a seamless breakfast experience for all guests by assisting in overseeing daily operations, supervising the team and ensuring the highest level of service excellence and hospitality.

Key accountabilities include:

• Consistently deliver exceptional service to guests and associates, setting a shining example for everyone to follow.
• Supervise front of house staff to ensure friendly, efficient service.
• Train and mentor team members in customer service best practices and food safety standards.
• Anticipate customers’ needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all customers and resolve complaints, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Encourage and motivate staff with a positive attitude.
• Operate POS (point of sale) and maintain security of system.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations.

YOUR STORY

• A seasoned professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
• A post‑secondary education in Hospitality or other related discipline.
• Someone with an outstanding work ethic, along with a track record of reliability, punctuality and an approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to Safety.
• Someone who has solid leadership skills, adept at training, coaching and motivating a team of service professionals.
• An exceptional problem‑solver, knowing how to troubleshoot, resolve situations efficiently, with the ability to shift priorities as needed.
• Able to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and basic math skills.
• Open availability, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance.
