Material Handler (Warehouse Associate) – Morning & Afternoon Shifts

Location: Bolton, ON
Pay Rate: $20.00–$20.60 per hour

Available Shifts

• Morning Shift: 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM

Schedule:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Rotating days (Flexible schedule)
• Fixed schedules:
  • Saturday to Tuesday
  • Thursday to Sunday
• Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do

As a Material Handler, you will play an essential role in supporting warehouse operations by:

• Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading materials safely.
• Operating warehouse equipment and RF scanners.
• Using warehouse management systems (WMS) to process inventory and shipments.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with production and warehouse support activities.
• Participating in cross-training across multiple warehouse functions.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Receiving work instructions through a headset in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Remaining flexible and willing to work in different departments as operational needs change.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Forklift experience is required; newly certified operators are welcome to apply.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Flexible, adaptable, and dependable with excellent attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (20 kg).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working at heights, when required.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
