Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.Group Summary:The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world.Job Responsibilities:QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:Immediate, open position- $93,330 - $103,700 annual compensationBachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality or related field preferred5–8+ years automotive quality systems experience (Tier 1 preferred)Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and OEM requirementsExperience with core tools and problem-solving methodsCertifications (Preferred)IATF 16949 Lead AuditorASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)Strong leadership and communication skillsSystems thinking and problem-solving mindsetAbility to manage multiple OEM requirementsMAIN DUTIES:Lead QMS aligned with IATF 16949 and Magna Quality StandardsEnsure compliance with OEM systems (GM BIQS, Stellantis CQS, Honda, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla requirements)Interface with customers on Quality Expectations and customer requirementsTrain team members on G-Car processManage internal audit program and audit readinessLead corrective actions and systemic improvements (5-Why, 8D, Red X)Maintain documentation and support management reviewTrack KPIs and report system performanceProvide cross-functional coaching and supportPerform other duties as requiredAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
