Job description
Step into a leadership role as a District Director with Vision Group, North America’s premier vision care provider. This full-time position emphasizes operational excellence and strategic performance across clinics. You will be responsible for translating regional initiatives into effective practices across multiple clinics, focusing on enhancing patient experiences and operational performance. With your background in multi-site management, you will tackle performance gaps while ensuring compliance and fostering a collaborative culture among Center Directors. Your leadership plays a crucial role in driving business results in healthcare. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement clinic action plans based on regional needs • Track and improve operational and patient experience KPIs • Ensure all clinics comply with healthcare regulations • Mentor and guide Center Directors for improved performance • Assess clinic standards through regular site evaluations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or Business desirable • 3+ years in multi-site leadership or 5+ years in a single unit • Professional and solution-focused conflict resolution skills • Strong commitment to patient-centered service • Demonstrated strategic thinking for operational improvements Be a part of Vision Group's mission to provide outstanding vision care while leading our talented teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
