Job Description

The HR Generalist is a key member of the Human Resources team, providing hands-on HR support and guidance to managers and employees across a portfolio of operations within Aramark Canada. The role is primarily focused on supporting one of Aramark Canada's largest and most strategic higher education accounts, while also providing occasional support to additional operations within the region as business needs require.

This is a hands-on, field-based position that requires a full-time on-site presence within the supported operations. Regular travel between locations is expected based on business needs. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
