Job description
Join Huron in a vital role as the Managed Services Functional SCM Manager, focusing on Oracle SCM and client service excellence. Drive operational improvements and lead a skilled team. This position involves managing the delivery of Oracle SCM services, enhancing client satisfaction, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients. You will utilize your deep understanding of supply chain management to implement best practices and foster a productive team environment while ensuring the success of managed services operations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead delivery of services adhering to quality standards • Monitor performance metrics and client satisfaction • Collaborate on incident resolution across teams • Oversee the implementation of SCM enhancements • Manage vendor partnerships for continuous service improvement Requirements: • Deep familiarity with Oracle SCM systems and 10 years of experience • Strong background in Procurement and advanced SCM areas • Proficient in managing teams in IT service environments • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is advantageous • Effective use of ticketing tools like ServiceNow Make a significant impact on managed services at Huron and enhance client operations effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
