Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Analyser les dossiers complexes de souscription soumis par les gestionnaires et les agents – soutien technique.
Analyser les avis de sinistres reliés aux 2411, aux sinistres majeurs, aux dossiers USE (unité spéciale d’enquête) et aux annulations ab initio.
Participer aux projets spéciaux d’assurance et aux comités, lorsque requis.
Collaborer à différents mandats d’analyse relatifs aux dossiers de souscription.
Effectuer l’écoute des appels conformément aux programmes de qualité des affaires.
Réviser les transactions (nouvelles affaires, ajouts, substitutions, annulations et modifications) à l’aide des grilles prédéfinies de qualité de souscription.
Agir comme personne-ressource en partageant son expertise par le conseil, la démonstration et l’explication des normes de souscription et les bonnes pratiques en assurance de dommages.
Fournir de la rétroaction sur les résultats de l’écoute d’appels et échanger avec les gestionnaires quant à la nature des rétroactions faites, le tout dans un esprit de partenariat.
Contribuer à l’identification de solutions pour le développement des compétences en souscription tant au niveau de la formation, du coaching ou de toute problématique impliquant la diffusion ou l’interprétation des normes de souscription en assurance de dommages.
Contribuer à l’évaluation des niveaux d’autonomie de souscription des agents.
Agir à titre d’expert de contenu lors de demandes juridiques telles que l’assignation à témoigner.
Prendre en charge des demandes d’accès à l’information, les demandes d’accès du BAC, les cas de gestion des incidents et les plaintes.
Vos talents et vos qualifications :
Sept (7) ans d’expérience en assurance de dommages, dont trois (3) ans dans un poste-ressource en matière de souscription.
Permis d’agent en assurance de dommages délivré par l’Autorité des marchés financiers.
Titre de professionnel d’assurance agréé (PAA) de l’Institut d’assurance du Canada.
Maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou des interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise. Les candidats retenus devront se soumettre à un test d’anglais portant sur l’expression orale et la grammaire.
Réussir le test de souscription applicable à ce poste.
Excellente connaissance des normes de souscription.
Expérience en souscription (un atout).
