Job description
Join Jobber as the Director of IT and Operations, where you will shape our IT strategy in Toronto. Balance operational leadership with hands-on management to enhance security and scalability. In this executive role, you’ll lead a team of approximately 15 in delivering IT excellence across networking, infrastructure, and end-user support. Your strategic vision will drive the IT roadmap, focusing on a zero-trust architecture while partnering with various departments to ensure seamless operation. This role offers the chance to influence significant projects in a high-growth company. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a proactive IT strategy • Mentor IT teams while ensuring operational excellence • Supervise IT help desk for outstanding support • Manage office IT logistics and infrastructure • Collaborate with security on compliance and audits Requirements: • Extensive experience leading IT teams and strategies • Proven ability to implement AI in IT operations • Expertise in networking and endpoint security products • Solid understanding of compliance and security frameworks • Experience managing vendor and budget responsibilities Contribute to Jobber’s mission by enhancing IT operations and leading an innovative team in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
