  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, Segment/BU FP&A business partner, and key stakeholders to drive alignment, and decision-making

  • Establish feedback loops and champion networks to capture insights, address resistance, and ensure sustainable adoption of new FP&A processes and systems

Change Management & Adoption:

  • Drive change management and user adoption through targeted communication, training, and stakeholder-specific messaging

  • Develop training programs and communication plans to support user adoption

  • Champion a data-driven culture within Finance

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Consulting

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale finance transformation programs in Asset and Wealth Management and Insurance

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI, Alteryx preferred) and a results-driven, detail-oriented approach.

  • Sound operations management acumen with a solid understanding of the business environment through practical experience

  • Innovative thinker with the ability to negotiate, influence and challenge the status quo to continuously improve processes

  • Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Exhibit adaptability, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset, balancing multiple priorities while delivering innovative, business-focused FP&A solutions
