About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality communication and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a solid technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate technical projects from initiation through completion.
Manage project plans schedules risks issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams customers partners and other stakeholders.
Facilitate onboarding training and adoption of technical processes and tools.
Provide guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project execution.
Develop and maintain project documentation process guides and operational best practices.
Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
Track project milestones communicate status updates and escalate issues when appropriate.
Support organizational change management activities including communications training and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering operations and business teams to align project goals and priorities.
Contribute to business development activities by providing technical project insights and supporting customer discussions when required.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate in a few words:
Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Project Management or a related technical field.
5 years of experience managing technical projects or programs.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with data reporting or technical systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
Experience within engineering manufacturing technology or operations-focused environments.
Familiarity with data analysis reporting tools databases or cloud-based technologies.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management best practices.
Relevant project management or quality certifications.
Multilingual: English high fluency and French fluency an asset.
