Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil and filter changes, tire checks and rotations, fluid replenishment, battery installation, and wiper blade replacement.
- Assist Service Technicians with diagnosing and repairing engine systems, including cooling systems, cylinder heads, and engine components.
- Support troubleshooting and servicing of electrical and engine management systems, including batteries, starters, and charging systems.
- Provide assistance with diagnosing and repairing fuel delivery, clutch, and transmission systems (manual, automatic, and computer-controlled).
- Aid in inspecting and repairing drivetrain, suspension, steering, braking, and wheel systems.
- Help service HVAC, exhaust, emission control, and vehicle body and trim components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning bays, disposing of waste, and ensuring customer vehicles remain clean.
- Stay current with emerging automotive technologies and follow all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 1 year of automotive dealer experience.
- Previous brand experience and lube tech experience considered an asset.
- Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest.
- Must be team oriented, hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
- Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
- Proven knowledge and experience with automotive mechanical operations.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must be team oriented and hardworking

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected hourly wage): $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
