Nous sommes à la recherche de deux personnes dynamiques pour se joindre à notre équipe de service aux administrateurs. Dans ce rôle, vous serez appelé(e) à répondre aux demandes en assurance collective, tant au téléphone que par courriel, notamment en lien avec la facturation, l’administration des régimes et l’interprétation des clauses contractuelles. En collaboration avec différentes équipes internes, vous contribuerez à offrir un service efficace, rigoureux et humain à nos administrateurs.
Il s’agit d’un poste temporaire, jusqu’au 21 mai 2027.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Assurer le service à la clientèle en répondant aux appels et courriels reçus des administrateurs
Vulgariser les clauses administratives des contrats d'assurance
Effectuer les recherches nécessaires pour donner suite, par téléphone ou par écrit, aux informations demandées par nos collaborateurs internes
Accompagner les administrateurs sur nos plateformes numériques selon leurs besoins
Communiquer avec les autres directions de l'assurance collective, selon les procédures établies, pour obtenir ou fournir les renseignements permettant de répondre aux demandes de service des administrateurs et des intermédiaires
Gérer ses activités quotidiennes selon les processus de travail élaborés
Effectuer occasionnellement des sondages téléphoniques selon les besoins de l’organisation
Participer à des formations continues pour perfectionner ses connaissances et maîtriser l'exécution des tâches quotidiennes
Recenser les demandes des administrateurs afin de soumettre des suggestions d’amélioration dans la direction principale
Vos talents et qualifications :
Diplôme d'études collégiales
Expérience en assurance collective ou en analyse de contrats d'assurance collective (sera considéré comme un atout)
Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise
