Job description
Leverage your payroll expertise as a Payroll Manager at Burnbrae Farms, working in a hybrid setup to manage critical payroll functions in a manufacturing context. Your role will ensure precise, compliant payroll operations in a vibrant, multi-site environment. This permanent role requires proficiency in managing complex payroll scenarios while fostering process improvements through UKG Pro Payroll. You will lead a high-performing payroll team, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance. This position is essential for overseeing the payroll landscape across various jurisdictions, including adherence to Québec regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle payroll across multiple jurisdictions • Ensure compliance with collective agreements and payroll laws • Oversee the integration of time management systems with payroll • Implement strong internal payroll controls and audits • Drive continuous process optimization and improvement initiatives Requirements: • 7+ years of relevant payroll experience, including management • Experience with unionized payrolls and multi-site operations • Knowledge of Québec payroll regulations and compliance • Strong familiarity with UKG Pro Payroll and Workforce Management • Advanced data management and analysis capabilities Contribute to payroll excellence and leadership at Burnbrae Farms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
