Job description
Transform email marketing strategies as the Manager of Email Strategy at Origins in Toronto. This hybrid position focuses on automated CRM email flows that enhance customer loyalty and acquisition. Working with the Senior Manager of CRM, you will develop comprehensive email strategies to improve customer journeys and analyze performance metrics. Your strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will drive the creation and maintenance of engaging email content and strategic audience targeting. Work for a brand committed to the planet's well-being while maximizing the impact of your marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Build and optimize CRM Email Journey programs for retention • Analyze audience data for effective email personalization • Develop marketing assets through QA and localized translations • Manage automated email journeys and provide performance analysis • Create detailed reports on campaign metrics and insights Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in CRM or online marketing • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic SQL • Understanding of data compliance laws • Experience with reporting tools like GA4, Looker, and Microsoft BI Bring your passion for data-driven marketing to enhance customer experiences at Origins in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
