Job description
Join Optima Living as the LPN Director of Care in Brooks, Alberta, where you will champion quality resident care through effective clinical leadership. This role focuses on compliance, team development, and personalized care strategies. In this key leadership position, you will coordinate daily operations while ensuring that all care delivery adheres to established regulations and standards. A primary focus will be on building a cohesive clinical team, enhancing resident independence, and managing operational budgets effectively. By fostering an environment of open communication and trust, you will improve overall resident satisfaction and well-being.
