Job description
Enhance IT security as Director at Directive Consulting. Protect client data and manage risks within a fully remote framework. In this leadership role, you'll report to the Head of Finance and define Directive's comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. Your focus will be on safeguarding the organization from evolving threats while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Work closely with executives to integrate security protocols and foster a culture of awareness, balancing robust security measures with innovative business practices across the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK. Key Responsibilities: • Develop a scalable cybersecurity roadmap • Manage risk assessments and vulnerability remediation • Oversee security compliance initiatives • Implement incident response programs • Spearhead company-wide security training initiatives Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity • 3+ years leading enterprise security programs • Familiarity with SOC 2 and regulatory compliance • Proficiency in endpoint security and identity management • Strong technical to business communication skills Lead Directive's cybersecurity charge while fostering a proactive security culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
