We are currently seeking full-time Electrical Technicians to build, wire, solder, and test complex electromechanical assemblies and chassis modules while ensuring strict adherence to manufacturing quality and workmanship standards. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Base salary: $57,000 - $63,000 / yearLocation: 45 Innovation Dr, Dundas, ON L9H 7L8Date Posted: July 15, 2026Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):- Build electrical and electromechanical assemblies per applicable documentation and quality workmanship standards
- Follow departmental and company procedures to produce the highest quality product
- Follow work process instructions, schematics, and specifications, both written and verbal
- Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices or add components to assemblies using a variety of hardware/tools; assemblies may include cable harnessing, panel wiring, and building chassis modules
- Wire and solder production units and other complex assemblies of unique or unusual design per applicable specifications
- Operate a variety of equipment to fulfill manufacturing processes
- Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard and class
- Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions
- May assist in training other employees and provide guidance in following procedures, using equipment and troubleshooting problems. (On-the-Job Training for new hires and other Operators)
Key Skill Requirements:- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail required
- Must have experience in use of hand tools and common power tools
- Ability to problem solve
- Working knowledge in quality control such as ISO 9001 and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft office including excel and word is an asset
- Experience in lean manufacturing techniques is an asset
Key Experience/Education:- Electrical/Electronics/Control Engineering Technician diploma is required
- 1-2 years’ experience in an engineering and manufacturing assembly environment is an asset, co-op experience accepted
