Reporting to the Senior Director, Partnerships (NA), the Coordinator, Partnerships supports the day-to-day execution and growth of OverActive Media's partnership portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating partner activations, managing internal processes, supporting account management, and assisting with the development of new business opportunities. The role requires hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, Events, and Executive Leadership, as well as external partners and agencies.

A Detail-Oriented Coordinator – Highly organized and comfortable managing timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating approvals, and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously.
A Hands-On Operator – Comfortable executing campaigns, managing deliverables, and navigating logistics while keeping strategic objectives in focus.
An Esports & Gaming Enthusiast – Passionate about esports, gaming culture, and the evolving digital entertainment landscape
