Job description
Join RBC's AI Group as the Director of Governance and Strategy, where you will lead AI and digital transformation initiatives. Drive significant governance and value realization efforts in a collaborative environment. As the Director, you will merge your strategic insights with hands-on execution to shape portfolio planning for AI programs. You will collaborate closely with senior executives to ensure that projects align with RBC’s overarching goals and yield sustained enterprise impact. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Communicate RBC's strategic vision for AI transformation • Prioritize and plan for large-scale portfolio initiatives • Develop governance frameworks for decision-making clarity • Foster executive engagement through committees and forums • Advise senior leaders on AI implementation and value strategies Requirements: • 5-10 years in strategy or financial services leadership • Portfolio management experience is essential • Strong communication and influencer capabilities • Financial acumen with complex budget management • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams Utilize your strategic expertise to drive transformative AI initiatives at RBC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
