Job description
Elevate your career as a Registered Dietitian with Community Advantage Rehabilitation, delivering flexible dietitian services in the Ajax community. Focus on client-centered care while managing your own schedule. In this independent contractor position, you will work with a diverse population, conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based practices. The role supports both new and experienced dietitians with valuable mentorship opportunities. Your work will directly impact client health and independence through tailored dietary interventions. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver community-based services in-person and virtually • Perform thorough assessments and develop care plans • Connect clients to essential community health resources • Document assessment outcomes and progress concisely • Collaborate with a variety of client needs, including chronic disease management Requirements: • Must be registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario • Valid G2 or G license for client home visits • Prior community experience in dietetics is beneficial • Strong counseling and organizational skills required • Familiar with clinical software and MS Office applications Empower your clients and make a significant difference while enjoying the flexibility of dietetic work with CAR in Ajax. #J-18808-Ljbffr
