About the role
The Implementation Coordinator ensures that our strategic recommendations transition into actual operational results for our clients. In this role, you will be part of a team supporting a major North American financial group as they refine their internal processes and reporting structures. This position is essential for maintaining the momentum of our mandates and ensuring that no detail is lost during the execution phase.

Arabian Private Holdings was established to address complex business problems that often get lost in traditional large-firm consulting models. We believe that boards and family groups do not need massive teams of junior associates: they need direct access to experienced partners who take accountability for the outcome. Our work focuses on corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for a select number of mandates. By operating as a fully remote firm, we prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over physical office presence or aggressive expansion. We aim for clarity and honesty in every engagement.

What you will do
  • Track the progress of specific workstreams within our mandate for a major North American financial institution.
  • Draft clear, concise summaries of meetings to ensure all principals are aligned on next steps and requirements.
  • Conduct research on market trends and governance standards to help the team form a view on specific portfolio questions.
  • Maintain internal project boards and documentation to provide real-time updates on implementation status.
  • Prepare supporting materials and presentations that focus on logical flow and evidence-based analysis.
  • Assist in the review of client operating models to identify friction points or areas for improved performance.
  • Communicate regularly with the internal team to ensure all outputs meet our standards for accuracy and precision.
  • Monitor the completion of critical tasks to ensure that governance changes are properly integrated into the client organization.

  • The ability to take complex information and summarize it into plain, readable English without using jargon.
  • A logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to spot inconsistencies in a narrative or data set.
  • High levels of self-discipline and the capacity to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • A genuine curiosity about how large holding companies and financial institutions operate.
  • Strong attention to detail with a particular emphasis on accuracy in written documentation.
  • The capability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously while keeping the broader objective in mind.
