Job description
Drive financial excellence at SAIT in the role of Finance Business Partner, focusing on strategic support and performance improvement. Collaborate closely with senior academic leaders to ensure accurate finance practices. This pivotal position in SAIT’s Finance department involves providing critical financial guidance and dynamic reporting for school leaders. You will facilitate effective budget management, quarterly forecasting, and analysis to align with institutional success. Your responsibilities will include operational collaboration to enhance financial accountability. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze budgetary needs and support strategic decision-making • Provide education on financial reporting to stakeholders • Create consistent consolidated financial reports and forecasts • Guide process improvements and cost-saving initiatives • Oversee a team of Financial Analysts and maintain reporting quality Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting • Minimum 5 years in financial management • Professional accounting designation is a must • ERP systems proficiency and MS Office skills required • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Help shape SAIT’s strategic financial landscape as a collaborative Finance Business Partner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
