The Aseptic Filling Technician Ilearnsand executes aseptic manufacturing operations — including equipment setup,componentsterilization, formulation, filtration, and capping — under close supervision in a cGMP Fill/Finish environment. This is the entry-level role in the Fill/Finishtechniciantrack; the incumbent is actively building the technical skills, documentation habits, and cleanroom behaviorsrequiredfor advancement. All work is executedin accordance withapproved SOPs,cGMPs, and Resilience Health & Safety standards.
Core Responsibilities
Set up and operation of Aseptic Capping and all support activities.
Prepare/sterilize components using vial washer/depyrogenationoven and manufacturing equipment using autoclave.
Perform Formulations and Filtration for Aseptic Filling.
Document and record all necessary information/data as per SOPs andcGMPs.
Perform all duties according to the SOPs andcGMPsand all other established Health & Safety standards.
Cleaning of aseptic manufacturing areas/suites as per established procedure.
Notify supervisorin the event ofa manufacturing issue or any deviation from manufacturing and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to follow detailed written procedures and work instructions accurately under close supervision.
Attention to detail and commitment toaccurate, complete, andtimelydocumentation.
Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and occasional extended hours.
Preferred Qualifications
1+yearof experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated environment.
Science Degree or Technical Diploma in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering Technology, ora relateddiscipline, or equivalent technical training.
Priorexposure to aseptic technique, sterile filling operations, or cleanroom/gowning requirements.
Physical & Work Environment
Pre-employment medical and medical re-examination: inclusive of eye examinations and color blindness tests, performed every 2 years.
Physical demands may include standing for extended periods, ability tolift upto 25kgs, and working in cleanroom environments withappropriate gowningrequirements.
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a fitted respirator; facial hair must not interfere with the face seal of a respiratorin accordance withapplicable safety standards and fit-test requirements.
Direct contact with chlorine/alcohol baseddisinfectant agents.
This position requires vaccination for Hepatitis A and B.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00 per hour.
