  • Leads regional collaboration with Payer Account Management, Hub Operations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align patient support strategies and execution.
  • Provides regional insights, access trends, and operational learnings to inform national patient services strategy and program evolution.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with healthcare providers, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacy partners.
  • Owns regional performance metrics related to patient onboarding, time to therapy, reimbursement outcomes, and patient experience.
  • Uses data and insights to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced patient outcomes.
  • Maintains deep knowledge of rare disease treatment pathways and payer dynamics to proactively adapt regional strategy.
  • Ensures all activities align with Dyne policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Education & Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background in healthcare (e.g., nursing, social work, or allied health) preferred.

  • Experience supporting specialty and/or rare disease therapies; launch experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable execution through people, processes, and metrics.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and engage senior stakeholders.
