We are looking for a reliable, safety-minded Production Line Worker to join our team at a well-established Canadian manufacturer of light-gauge steel framing systems in Aldergrove, BC.
This hands-on position plays a key role in supporting the smooth, safe operation of our production lines. You will start with core physical tasks—including stacking materials, cutting wood packaging, and preparing shipments. For individuals who prove capable and dependable over their first couple of weeks, we offer exciting progressive training, including learning how to load steel coils.
Position Title: Production Line Worker
Location: Aldergrove, BC
Immediate temporary to permanent opportunity (Minimum of 2 weeks, with long-term potential)
Schedule: Monday-Friday + occasional Saturday
Shifts: 7:00AM-3:30PM
Wage: $20.00/Hr
Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset.
Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing or production setting required
Vehicle is required as shift timing is not transit friendly Aldergrove, BC
You are legally permitted to work Fulltime in British Columbia

Responsibilities• Assist on the production line with stacking finished materials
• Cut wood for lift packaging using a radial arm saw
• Strap and secure completed lifts for transport
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Progressive Responsibilities (after a couple of weeks, if shown capable):
• Receive training to load steel coils onto the uncoiler
• Assist with machine setup for running different products
Qualifications• Must be highly safety-conscious and alert
• Must bring your own steel-toed safety boots (all other safety PPE will be provided)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting is preferred
• Familiarity or comfort using saws (like a radial arm saw) and strapping/banding tools is a strong asset
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and meet the physical demands of a hands-on role
• Dependable with excellent attendance, punctuality, and work ethic
• Vehicle is required as shift times are not transit-friendly in Aldergrove, BC
• Legally permitted to work full-time in British Columbia
