RectorSeal, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemical sealants and related mechanical products for professional trades, is seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Business Development Manager for the Construction market in Western Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and market adoption of Metacaulk firestop systems while working closely with distributors, firestop contractors, engineers, and architectural firms involved in large‑scale construction projects.
The employee is regularly exposed to an office environment. Occasionally, the employee will be exposed to a warehouse environment and will be required to wear appropriate PPE. The role requires occasional standing, walking, sitting at a computer for extended periods, and may involve confined spaces. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
The target salary range for this exempt opportunity is $100,000–$130,000 CAD plus annual bonus incentives. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSW Board of Directors.
