Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a direct hire opportunity in Holland Landing, ON. This role is ideal for a skilled steel welding professional who takes pride in accurate, high-quality fabrication work and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturing operation.
As a MIG Welder, you will work in a supportive shop environment where safety, teamwork, quality, and reliability are valued. Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel components according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
- Read and interpret welding drawings, fabrication documents, and technical instructions.
- Fit, assemble, align, and tack weld components as required.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area while supporting production schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Location: Holland Landing, ON.
- Work Environment: Supportive team environment within a stable and growing manufacturing operation.
