A career as an Operations Director within the National Bank Financial – Wealth Management team means acting as a leader in operations and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the team's performance through your expertise in operations management, process optimization, and team development.
National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is home to nearly 1,000 Investment Advisors serving more than 400,000 clients across Canada.
Within the McGale Duquette Durand Dufour team, you will be part of a collaborative and high-performing environment where teamwork, service excellence, and client focus are at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to the leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in people management, coaching, or operational leadership.
• Proven experience in operational management and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities, workloads, and resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry or wealth management sector.
• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or equivalent industry certification is considered an asset.
