What you'll need to have

'- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, merchandising, or customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
- Self-driven and capable of working independently while managing priorities effectively
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and departments
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining high presentation and merchandising standards
- Flexible and adaptable to support seasonal campaigns and commercial activities

A day in your life with us

'- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Execute commercial activities including add-ons, checkpoints, and seasonal/holiday collections
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and properly priced sales area in line with merchandising standards
- Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of store initiatives
- Build and share product knowledge to support customers and team members
- Take ownership of tasks, work independently, and make day-to-day decisions to drive results
- Support team members and seek guidance when needed to ensure overall team success
