Accounting Clerk / Reception (14-15 Month Maternity Leave Coverage)
Seeking a dependable individual to support both the accounting team and day-to-day office operations during a maternity leave coverage.
Location: In Office, Bolton, ON
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hourly rate: $20/Hr
Duration: 14-15-month maternity leave coverage
Responsibilities
Enter invoices, sales orders, and freight information accurately into the system.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including scanning and filing documents.
Greet visitors and answer/direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain office organization, including filing and record management.
Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies as needed.
Assist with general office support duties, including managing courier deliveries.
Qualifications
Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred.
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to take initiative.
Positive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
