In this client-facing role, you understand the importance of customer service and the foundation of ACT. You will become a product knowledge expert, knowing all about what we sell and how to support our customers. General responsibilities include:

With 3 manufacturing facilities and distribution branches coast to coast, we provide our customers with superior products and services. As a Branch Warehouseperson, you are an essential part of the Gentek team. You will make sure our customers get the products and/or information they need and get them on their way. If you don’t already have expert knowledge of the building products we carry, you will be willing and able to develop the knowledge you need to provide the exceptional customer service experience that our customers have come to expect from us.
