Description
:Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair TCRS fleet of equipment
Perform service tasks on our product line ranging from construction tools, small engine equipment such as compaction equipment, pumps to compact construction equipment (e.g. Mini excavators and skid steers,) aerial work platforms
Interfaces with customers in the field on service calls in a courteous, business-like manner
*Candidate Selection will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement*
Qualifications and Experience
Journeyperson Electrical & Heavy Duty Mechanic certifications
Must possess the technical knowledge to perform service tasks on our product line ranging from construction tools, small engine equipment such as compaction equipment, pumps to compact construction equipment (e.g. Mini excavators and skid steers,) aerial work platform equipment as well as knowledge of diesel generators 8 KW to 200 KW
Possesses excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and abilities
Good understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
Thorough knowledge of gasoline and diesel engine electronic management systems
Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Completion of Finning S-Levels, Failure Analysis, Machine Electronic Controls, or Tier 4 training would be considered an asset

Due to physical nature of the work, a requirement of the job is to be considered fit for work.

Work Environment:
Capable of working evening, night shifts as well as performing after hours service calls, weekends inclusive
Future shift changes will be in accordance with the current CBA
