Attention All Warehouse and Production Job Seekers!
Do you want a job to start right away? We have immediate openings for Production Associates for a great, well-established manufacturing company in Grimsby. If you are looking for stable full-time hours and a quick hiring process, read on!

Schedule & Wages:
Shift: Continental Shift Rotation (10-12 hour shifts)
Wage: $20-22/hr (Based on experience)

What We Need:
Ability to work a continental shift schedule (including alternating weekends).
Strong history of punctuality and reliable attendance.
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light lifting.

Responsibilities
Collaborative Shift Work: Team up with a great crew on our active assembly floor.
Smart Machine Operation: Load parts, spot minor equipment glitches, and call in support when needed.
Quality & Record Keeping: Check parts for flaws and keep simple, accurate production logs.
General Upkeep: Clean and maintain machinery during scheduled downtime to keep things running smoothly.
Active Role: Comfortably handle hands-on assembly tasks and lift up to 30 lbs.
Safety & Standards: Follow simple guidelines to keep yourself and your teammates safe.

Qualifications
Put Your Hands to Work: Bring your hands-on labor experience to active, daily production tasks.
Stay Sharp & Focused: Master repetitive assembly duties with high accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Work with Machinery: Use your natural mechanical knack to easily adapt to our production equipment.

Keep the Pace: Work quickly, efficiently, and jump on overtime shifts when the team needs an extra hand.
