Here at Curaleaf International, we're looking for a Sanitation Lead to join our Operations team in Brampton. Reporting to the Cultivation Manager, you'll play a key role in leading sanitation activities across our facility, ensuring shared operational spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, quality, and compliance within a highly regulated production environment.

What You'll Do:
Lead daily sanitation activities across shared facility areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Coordinate sanitation schedules and ensure work is completed in line with SOPs, GMP requirements, and company standards.
Lead, coach, and develop the Sanitation team to promote a positive working environment.
Complete inspections, maintain accurate records, and ensure areas are audit-ready.
Manage sanitation supplies, equipment, and PPE to support safe operations.
Collaborate with Cultivation, Operations, Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Facilities teams to support daily site operations.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated leader with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and teamwork. You will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience leading or supporting a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a regulated production environment, such as pharmaceutical, hospital, food, manufacturing, or cannabis.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to complete sanitation documentation and reports.
Experience working in a GMP/GPP-regulated environment would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
