The Client Partner is accountable for end‑to‑end client success and growth, including revenue growth, high‑quality delivery, financial performance, and trusted senior‑level partnerships. You will serve as a strategic advisor, a cross‑functional integrator, and a champion for your clients by translating their goals into actionable strategies and collaborating internally to bring the best of Bond to every interaction.

Job Requirements

  • 5‑7+ years of experience in strategic account leadership, client management, or consulting within professional services, marketing, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex client portfolios with measurable revenue and relationship growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and contract negotiations.
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategic account plans and identifying expansion opportunities.

  • Act as the senior escalation point, ensuring timely resolution and clear internal alignment.
  • Advocate for client needs internally, influencing decisions across practice teams, delivery groups, and leadership.

Account Planning & Revenue Growth

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans, integrating growth strategies, delivery success, and relationship insights.
  • Identify and shape expansion opportunities in partnership with Client Services, Delivery, Practices, and Operations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, account plans, and pipeline visibility.
  • Drive renewals, expansion opportunities, and long‑term relationship development.
  • Own the pipeline of your portfolio and lead opportunities for your accounts to the successful sale of Bond offerings with your clients.

Account Financials & Commercial Ownership

  • Own the financial performance of your portfolio, including revenue, margin awareness, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Lead contracts, proposals, renewals, and commercial negotiations in partnership with Delivery, Finance, and Leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between contracted scope, delivery execution, and long‑term growth objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks.

Delivery Excellence & Account Health

  • Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are structured for success and meet client strategy and expectations.
  • Monitor account health, delivery quality, risks, and satisfaction to drive long‑term retention.
  • Influence delivery approach and prioritization based on client needs and strategic direction.
  • Proactively address risks, blockers, and gaps to ensure continuity and high‑quality outcomes.
