Your future duties and responsibilities:
Work Mode: Hybrid, minimum of 2 days per week in the office
Reporting to the Manager, Administration and Control within the Payroll Services Centre (PSC), the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Credit department.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and process customer accounts and files.
Apply established credit controls and internal procedures.
Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding balances.
Maintain and administer customer credit limits.
Respond to inquiries from internal clients in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing procedures and business processes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualifications Required to Succeed in This Role
AEC or DEC in Accounting, Business Administration, or another related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with computer applications and standard office software.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
