Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Ironworkers to join our growing team on commercial and industrial construction projects across the Lower Mainland. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile builds in a safety-first environment with consistent hours and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the erection and installation of structural steel on commercial and industrial projects
• Connect, align, and secure steel components using proper rigging and bolting techniques
• Perform crane signaling and support safe lifting operations
• Work safely at heights while following all site safety protocols
• Move, position, and secure materials efficiently on-site
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural steel ironwork
• Proficiency in welding and ironworking techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings
• Experience with flux-core welding
• Valid Fall Protection certification (in-person training)
• Familiarity with SRL lanyards and harness equipment
• Comfortable working at heights
• Valid WHMIS and CSTS 2020 certifications

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Additional welding certifications or advanced experience
• Red Seal certification or relevant trade schooling
• Reliable transportation to access job sites

Work Environment

• Projects located across the Lower Mainland (off-site parking with van pick-up available)
• Standard start time of 6:00 AM
• Minimum 8-hour shifts, with overtime available
• Weekend and occasional afternoon shifts may be required
• All power tools provided, with safety lanyards
