Our energy and utilities client is seeking a Senior HRMS Analyst to manage and configure SAP SuccessFactors HRMS applications and integrations
Join a large-scale energy organization supporting critical HR systems and processes across a complex business environment. This role focuses on configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors applications, managing HRMS releases and integrations, and supporting compensation and performance review processes. The position offers exposure to cross-functional HR and IT initiatives within a hybrid Calgary-based environment. Candidates will contribute to operational improvements, analytics initiatives, and enterprise HRMS support activities.
