Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a versatile and organized Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support daily office operations while assisting with marketing initiatives. This role is primarily administrative, with opportunities to contribute to social media, digital content, and brand awareness. Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $45,–$55,/year, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports as needed
- Manage data entry, filing, and general office organization
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks across the team
- Create and schedule social media content to support marketing initiatives
- Assist with updating website content and promotional materials
- Support marketing campaigns and other special projects as required
- Help maintain a positive and professional experience for clients and visitors
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable creating and scheduling social media posts
- High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Bonus Points For:
- Experience editing or creating short-form videos for social media
- Familiarity with Wix website management
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
