Job Summary

Provide attentive beverage service to guests in a dynamic hospitality environment. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining cleanliness safety and accurate transaction records.

Main Duties

• Prepare and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet guests take drink orders make recommendations and deliver prompt courteous service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems process payments and reconcile cash and sales at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area glassware utensils and equipment.
• Monitor inventory restock supplies and communicate needs to management or suppliers.
• Verify customer age practice responsible service and comply with applicable liquor regulations and safety policies.

Requirements

• Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Previous experience in bartending beverage service or a related hospitality role preferred.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods lift moderate weights and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Required Skills:
