Job Description
Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit an organized and dependable Site Administrator to support daily administrative operations at a busy worksite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support across multiple departments.

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $25/hr
• Full-time, temporary position (up to 6 months)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Summary:
• Provide administrative support to multiple departments across the site
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
• Organize, file, and manage both digital and paper documentation
• Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact at the front office
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
• Assist with document preparation, reports, and general correspondence
• Coordinate office supplies and support day-to-day administrative operations
• Assist with additional administrative projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or reception role
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Bonus Points For:
• Experience supporting multiple departments in an industrial, manufacturing, or operations environment
• Familiarity with document management or ERP systems
• Experience with records management or office coordination
