Job Summary
Provide technical product expertise and sales support to business customers in wholesale channels. Build and maintain client relationships while achieving sales targets and coordinating with internal teams.

Main Duties
- Identify and develop new business accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular contact and site visits.
- Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions to customers explaining features benefits and applications.
- Prepare detailed quotations proposals and sales agreements tailored to client specifications and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with supply chain operations and product teams to coordinate orders delivery schedules and inventory availability.
- Provide after-sales support including troubleshooting technical guidance training and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems and prepare sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering technology business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in technical sales product support or wholesale trade environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical products and the ability to interpret specifications and application requirements.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate proposals quotations and technical documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required and proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools.
