Under the supervision of theDänojàZho Manager the Gift Shop Supervisor & Heritage Programmer serves as an ambassador forTrondëkHwëchincitizens and enhancescultural awareness identity and pridewhile providing excellence in customer care to all visitors.The primaryobjectivefor thisrole is to deliver heritage programs and host visits in a positive environment where citizens visitors and employeesfeel welcomed and respected while enjoying an atmosphere of support inspiration and education.
An Eligibility List may beestablishedfrom this competition the duration of the eligibility list may be up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be used to fill future permanent full-time permanent part-time temporary full-time temporary part-time termor auxiliary on-call vacancies within the same department and classification based on the organizational needs by going the next highest ranked candidate until the eligibility list expires.
