Job description
Infosys is looking for an experienced Developer to design develop and deliver scalable enterprise applications using Java and Angular. The role involves handson coding technical leadership customer interaction and ensuring highquality project delivery.In the role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle . You will also be expected to build high-throughput fault tolerant systems with requirements including elicitation application architecture definition and design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofMississauga Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4years of InformationTechnologyexperience.

  • Design and develop applications C# & Microservices
  • Lead code reviews mentor team members and ensure coding best practices
  • Work closely with customers on requirements issues and status updates
  • Support deployments testing and production transition
  • Contribute to architecture design and technical documentation
  • Hands on experience in Azure cloud integration and implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 4years of experience Microservices development
  • Strong experience with REST APIs JPA Spring Security
  • Handson with Kafka/MQ JUnit design patterns
  • Experience with SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Postgres/Cosmos DB)
  • CI/CD Jenkins Git; exposure to OpenShift deployments
  • Experience in Jenkins IntelliJ Git
  • Experience with SOAP/XML
  • DevOps awareness and cloud/container ecosystem
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in Agile global delivery environments
  • Highly Sensitive to Information Security and Data Privacy laws
  • Knowledge of Web Servers Application Servers.
  • At least 4years of experience in software development life cycle and project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 92740 to $ 123375
