Réceptionniste administratif(ve) – Mandat temporaire Salaire: $19-21/heur Horaire: Lundi – Jeudi, 8h30 – 16h30 À propos du mandat Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Réceptionniste administratif(ve) pour un mandat temporaire de deux semaines. Principales responsabilités · Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels de la réception; · Accueillir les visiteurs, fournisseurs et livreurs avec professionnalisme; · Préparer et coordonner les expéditions via Purolator; · Effectuer diverses tâches administratives de soutien; · Numériser, classer et gérer des documents, incluant certains documents confidentiels; · Veiller au bon fonctionnement des activités quotidiennes de la réception. Profil recherché · Expérience en réception ou en soutien administratif; · Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle; · Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et d'Outlook; · Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et souci du détail; · Professionnalisme, discrétion et capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles; · Bilinguisme (français et anglais) ———————————————— Administrative Receptionist – Temporary Assignment Salary : $19-21/hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30am About the Assignment We are currently looking for an Administrative Receptionist for a two-week temporary assignment. If you are recognized for your excellent customer service, organizational skills, and professionalism, this opportunity is for you! Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors, suppliers, and delivery personnel in a professional manner;
  • Prepare and coordinate shipments through Purolator;
  • Perform various administrative support tasks;
  • Scan, file, and manage documents, including some confidential documents;
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the reception’s daily activities.
Required Profile
  • Experience in reception or administrative support;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook;
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail;
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information;
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
