JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Manager Registration & Enrolment the Enrolment Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate beneficiary registration enrolment and Inuvialuit data records through filing scanning data entry and database administration. The role supports beneficiaries and families registration enrolment and Funeral Assistance Program processes providing information guidance and administrative assistance while ensuring confidentiality accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
The Enrolment Officer also contributes to beneficiary communications annual meeting preparation and the ongoing integrity consistency security and usability of departmental records and data systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be/have:
- High School Diploma.
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or similar field or equivalent via relevant experience in an administrative or office setting.
Preference may be given to candidates with the following:
- Experience working with database records management systems or data entry applications.
- Experience scanning filing and maintaining electronic and physical records.
- Knowledge of privacy legislation information management practices and data security principles.
- Experience working with Indigenous organizations governments or registries.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region organizations beneficiaries and community structures.
