WELL Health – PoCo Wilson Family Practice, located at 2185 Wilson Avenue, Port Coquitlam, Canada, is seeking family physicians for a long‑term urban locum role. The position offers flexible scheduling with either full‑time or part‑time availability, and is available from May 5, 2025 to December 31, 2028. IMGs eligible for provisional license to practice family medicine in BC are welcome to apply.

Long Term (>8 weeks)
Flexible schedule. Physicians work full‑time or part‑time, with the option to include virtual or telehealth hours. No strict time‑off policy; on‑call rotations are shared with other clinicians in the practice.
Overhead Agreement: Monthly (PCN) for Nurse Practitioners. Financial details are coordinated through the Director of Recruitment.
The clinic employs 11 physicians (both part‑time and full‑time), an office manager, 2 RNs, and MOAs to support transition.
