Revolve Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Health Care Aide to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Health Care Aide you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care collaborating with healthcare professionals and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and evaluating patient health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient responses to treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Educating patients and their families on health management
Qualifications:
- Valid Alberta Health Care Aide license/ directory
- Long Term Care experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
