JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the General Manager of the Hotel the successful candidate will focus his/ her efforts on our 2 Fallsview Restaurants- the Fallsview Grand Buffet and the award winning Massimos Italian Fallsview this role the successful candidate will oversee food and beverage Front of House restaurant /food and beverage operations by engaging a focused and highly motivated team to ensure that revenue outstanding guest service and satisfaction applicable Sheraton brand standards and operating profitability which meet or exceed existing and competitive benchmarks.
