Overview of the role:
Saputo is seeking a Junior Business Process / CI Analyst for an existing opportunity within our organization. Working closely with business stakeholders the Junior Business Process / CI Analyst contributes to continuous improvement projects by documenting current processes analyzing performance data and supporting the implementation of solutions such as automation standardization and process redesign.
How you will make contributions that matter:
- Document end-to-end business processes (inputs outputs roles systems controls)
- Develop process maps SOPs and workflow diagrams
- Identify process gaps inefficiencies and control weaknesses
- Collect and analyze operational data
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards
- Provide insights to support decision-making and improvement opportunities
- Assist in developing tool/process/data analytics/data reporting optimization solutions.
- Track action plans and ensure follow-up on improvement initiatives
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Sciences/Management BI (or similar)
- Strong interest in data analytics and reporting processes workflow and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (Power Query PowerBI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Ability to identify trends inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
